What causes this issue?

A change to a customizing object in the selected IMG activity can also
affect the status of other IMG activities to which the same customizing
object is assigned.

System Response

The IMG activities affected are found, updated in the overview list,
and the total of changes is sent to the user.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Even if you make no changes in the detail screen, updates may be made
when you leave it because the overview list is updated at the event
'Leave Detail Screen'.
This overview list is created by a program which can take several
hours, depending on the number of IMG activities in the system. It is
not possible to keep all objects in the list always up-to-date. Changes
which are not made from this program (e.g. when a comparison flag is
changed manually in SE54) are also not recognized straight away.
Because the status of an IMG activity is automatically recalculated
when you go to the detail screen, the situation can arise in which
several IMG activities in the list are refreshed.
