What causes this issue?

A check is made whether the IMG activity &V1& (package &V2&) can be put
in the structure '&V3&' (package &V4&), but the packages of the two
objects are not compatible according to the package concept.

System Response

The IMG activity cannot be assigned.

How to fix this error?

You can:
Change the use declarations of the packages of the two objects in the
<DS:TRAN.SPACKAGE>Package Builder</>. It's online handbook explains the
package concept.
Assign another IMG activity.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
