What causes this issue?

The project cannot be displayed because it has no Reference IMG node.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Specify which part of the Reference IMG is to be put in the project, in
the Scope tab in the Project Administration, and generate the Project
IMG.
