What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system shows how many long text logs were found for the search
criteria entered. The number of long text logs shown in the actual
evaluation may be lower because the system does not carry out an
authorization or client check for long text logs when determining the
number of entries.
