What causes this issue?

An error occurred while trying to schedule a background job for
e-discovery.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This could be possible due to one of the reasons :
1. A background job for e-discovery has already been scheduled. An
e-discovery job for the current legal case is already running in the
background due to which the tables are locked. You should take this into
account before you proceed.
2. Ensure that the legal case is saved before scheduling a background
job for e-discovery.
