What causes this issue?

To be able to execute data destruction runs of database data, you need
authorization object S_ARCD_OBJ with activity <LS>16</> (<LS>Execute</>
) for the corresponding data destruction object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
