A maximum of 10000 performance data files can be created.
In directory DIR_DATA there is or were 100 performance data files within
the last minute with names in the format AT<sysnr><nnnn> , where:
<sysnr> is the system number, and
<nnnn> is a four digit number between 0000 and 9999.
If all permitted files names have already been assigned, for performance
reasons the directory is read a maximum of once per minute to check
whether performance data files have been deleted in the interim.
The ABAP runtime measurement cannot be started.
Delete performance data files that you no longer need, and wait a
further minute until the system has registered the deletion of the
files.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
