  • What causes this issue?

    The system could not determine the number of processors on the
    application server to which you are logged on.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If the application server has more than one processor, there is no way
    currently of measuring runtime in a synchronized, precise way.
    If the program that you want to measure is small, you can often get a
    reasonable measurement by repeating the runtime analysis (without
    changing processor). However, in general, you should measure runtime on
    single processor servers.
