The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Schedule the background job COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR (executing
the report RSCOLL00) hourly and make sure that the report RSTUNE80 is
contained in table TCOLL.
