  • What causes this issue?

    The specified area of table MONI could not be deleted.

    System Response

    Data in incompatible data structures is present in the table MONI. This
    must be deleted before start of production. If the data is not deleted
    no workload statistics or table access statistics for the system can be
    stored in the database. The collector programs executed as part of the
    jobs COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR or SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR
    usually produce hourly short dumps.

    How to fix this error?

    The failed deletion can be repeated with the help of the workload
    monitor (transaction ST03). Select "Goto > Performance database >
    Contents of database" and press "Del. group". Here enter the area that
    was not deleted (called "ID" here) and confirm.
