No statistical data at all was found in the performance database MONI.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In rare cases, you are able to write the Workload statistical data to
the database by starting the reorganization program RSSTAT80. However,
it is more probable that the entire statistics are set to the value "0"
by the profile parameter <LS>stat/level</> and deactivated.
