shifts are generated regardless of whether the risk factor is actually
relevant to the transaction selected or not.
This risk factor is not included in any subsequent calculations as a
result of this missing data.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Complete the market data or remove the risk factor from the risk
hierarchy.
