  • What causes this issue?

    A collision in a LAN occurs when two stations both try to transport a
    packet on the same channel at the same time, which leads to the
    destruction of both data packets - they must therefore be sent again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
