  • What causes this issue?

The alert monitor has successfully moved the monitoring context for a
system-wide monitoring object or attribute from one server to another.
The reason for the move is that the original server, which is named in
the message, has been shut down.
System-wide monitoring objects and attributes are those that apply to an
entire system rather than to individual instances. An example of such a
global monitoring object is the spool service.
The collection method(s) for the monitoring attributes of a global
object run only once per system, and not separately on each instance.
The alert monitor places the monitoring context of such an object on one
instance and also runs the collection method at that instance.
In the case of this monitoring object, the programmer of the collection
tool has specified that the monitoring context should be moved, in the
event that the instance holding the context and running the data
    collection tool is shut down.

    System Response

The system has moved the monitoring context and collection method to a
new server. Monitoring of the object and its attributes continues to be
available, despite the shutdown of the original server at which
monitoring of the object was carried out. Old data pertaining to the
object and its attributes -- Unprocessed alerts and statistical data
that was not saved in the database -- has been lost.
