  • What causes this issue?

    Data on this host server could not be collected. The most likely cause
    of this problem is that the SAP operating system collection method
    (SAPOSCOL) is not running correctly on this host system.
    SAPOSCOL must run regularly on each host for which data is to be
    collected. For information on scheduling SAPOSCOL, see <LS> Standard
    Background Jobs</> in the SAP online documentation.

    System Response

    No operating system data can be collected until SAPOSCOL is able to run
    correctly.

    How to fix this error?

    Use Transaction SM37 to check that SAPOSCOL is correctly scheduled to
    run on this host system. You can also start SAPOSCOL with the -S option
    at the operating system command prompt on this system to display status
    information on SAPOSCOL.
