The HTML of Web Template '&V1& (new name: &V2&)' (BW 2.x Workbook:
&V3&) could not be successfully converted as it is inconsistent. This
template could never have worked.

How to fix this error?

You can open and correct the affected Web template using the program
"RS_TEMPLATE_MAINTAIN" (as described), or the ABAP report available as
of BW 3.0B SP 11 (or BW 3.1 SP5).
RSZW_DELETE_CORRUPT_TEMPLATES
Delete completely. Make sure that you really want to delete the Web
template before executing the ABAP report.
