    How to fix this error?

    Check if the timestamp or time zone is incorrect.
    If the timestamp is incorrect, correct it manually in the PSA and update
    the record again. If too many records contain errors, check if the error
    can be corrected in the source system. Then load the data again.
    If the target time zone is incorrect, check if the time zone is filled
    from a constant or a source field (maintenance of the time zone in the
    timestamp conversion maintenance of the transformation). Correct the
    constant in the transformation maintenance or the source field in the
    PSA and update the record again.
