    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the cause was the missing BW client, the XPRA also does not have to
run if BW is not bei used. Otherwise activate the BW clients and start
the activation again with transaction RSTCO_ADMIN.
If the cause was an activation that was already running, you do not have
to do anything else. Activation is already running in another process.
