is because the Microsoft Visual J# .NET package was not installed.

System Response

The workbook will be loaded without BEx objects and cannot be refreshed.

How to fix this error?

To be able to load the workbook, you must install the Microsoft Visual
J# .NET Redistributable Package.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
