data, for example, this InfoProvider is treated as time-independent in
the InfoSet.
The InfoProvider, however, contains at least one append, which contains
at least one time-dependent attribute. If this InfoProvider is made
time-independent, all time-dependent attributes must be hidden,
including those of the existing appends.
For this reason, the InfoSet must be compared (initial screen /nrsiset,
InfoSet, Compare). Activation can only be done in the next step.
