What causes this issue?

An InfoProvider can be used as a storage for transaction data and also
to model a characteristic relationship. A DataStore object with the
'Planning Mode' setting is an example of this. Using an InfoProvider in
both roles is not supported in a planning session however.

InfoProviders using &V1& in a characteristic relationship will not be
input-ready.
If InfoProvider &V1& is used first in a characteristic relationship and
later as a planning provider, the planning provider will not be
input-ready
If InfoProvider &V1& is used in a MultiProvider or CompositeProvider
both as a PartProvider and in a characteristic relationship of another
PartProvider, PartProvider &V1& will not be input-ready.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
