    You have entered a past period that does not fall completely within the
    F4 time interval. The system cannot determine all the times (periods) in
    the past period.
    The F4 time interval restricts the master data of <ZH>all</> time
    characteristics.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You set the F4 time interval in transaction RSRHIERARCHYVIRT. Increase
    this time interval so that the system can determine all times within the
    past period.
