    Parameter &SYST-MSGV1& cannot be moved up or down.
    Parameters that are components of a <DS:DE.RSPLF_PARAM_TYPE>structure
    parameter</> can only be moved within the list of its components.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can move components from one structure parameter to another by
    selecting the new structure parameter in the properties dialog box.
    If you do not assign a structure parameter, there is no assignment. The
    parameter is moved to the end of the list of parameters.
