- Process &1, variant &2 is not scheduled waiting for event &3 &4 ?The SAP error message RSPC006 indicates that a process chain (identified by the process chain name and variant) is not scheduled because it is waiting for a specific event to trigger its execution. This is a common scenario in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) when using process chains to manage data loading and processing.
Cause:
The error occurs when:
- The process chain is designed to start based on an event that has not yet occurred.

- There may be issues with the event management settings or the event itself.

Manually Trigger the Event:
- If the event has not been triggered, you can manually trigger it if applicable. This can often be done through the relevant transaction or program that generates the event.
Review Process Chain Configuration:
- Open the process chain in transaction RSPC and check the settings for the event. Ensure that the event is correctly defined and that the process chain is set up to wait for the correct event.
Check for Errors in Previous Steps:
- Sometimes, the process chain may not reach the event waiting step due to errors in previous steps. Review the logs of the process chain to identify any issues that may have occurred earlier in the chain.
Event Management Settings:
- Ensure that the event management settings in your SAP system are correctly configured. This includes checking the event class and ensuring that the event is active.
