Message text: Characteristic &1: Error when deleting document property
Characteristic &1& is a document property and must be deleted. Or, it
could be that the "Characteristic is Document Property" checkbox has
been deactivated, and the characteristic is activated.
The document attribute for characteristic &V1& cannot be deleted after
activating or deleting characteristic &V1&. The attribute has either
the technical name /BI0/
<Characteristic Name> (SAP objects) or /BIC/
<Characteristic Name> (Customer objects).
The characteristic cannot be activated or deleted.
Call up transaction SE16 for table SDOKMIA. When the document attribute
appears, select it by entering the technical name of the document
attribute in the third ATTRIBUTE field. Also enter BW* in the first
IO_CLASS field.
Choose Execute. Select all entries in the hitlist and choose Table
Entry -> Delete All. You are now able to activate or delete the
characteristic.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
