  • What causes this issue?

    Document properties must be generated or deleted for characteristics.
    This is only possible in a dialog box.
    As the program ran in the background (for example, during an import),
    the generation is not executed, but simply booked.

    You will be asked to regenerate the properties when you next call up
    the Administrator Workbench (functional area <ZK>Documents
    </>).

    How to fix this error?

    Start the Administrator Workbench (functional area <ZK>Documents</>) to
    regenerate the properties.
    If the document properties are not generated automatically, you can
    also do this manually by selecting "Administration" or by starting
    <DS:TRAN.RSODADMIN>Transaction RSODADMIN</>. You can check the
    existence of document properties under the "Generated Properties" tab
    page and can regenerate them if necessary.
