What causes this issue?

The conversion of VirtualProvider source system assignments is starting.
Before BW Release 3.0A, source systems were assigned to VirtualProviders
that are based on DataSources using the source system ID (InfoObject
0SOURSYSTEM). As of Release 3.0A, a source system ID can be assigned to
more than one source system. For VirtualProviders of this type,
assignments are made using the new InfoObject 0LOGSYS as of Release
3.0A.
