Message text: Manual match of InfoObject &1
You are transferring InfoObject &V1& from Business Content. To do this,
you have chosen the function "Merge with Customer Version".
The system tries to automatically merge the Business Content version
with your version, as far as is possible. This has the following effect
on the properties of InfoObject &V1& :
InfoObjects in the compounding and in the attributes of the Content
Version are transferred into the compounding or into the attributes of
the merged version.
The data type compatible with both versions is used as the data type
(for example, if one version has 'character string' and the other
version has 'character string only with numbers' as a data type, then
the data type of the merged version is 'character string')
The length or output length of the merged version is the larger if the
lengths or output lengths of the outbound versions
No other properties can be merged automatically. These are listed and
you can decide yourself whether the property from the Content version
or the property from the current version is transferred to the merged
version.
The properties of your current customer version are used as default.
For all properties that you would like to transfer instead from the
Content version you change the selection of the corresponding selection
fields.
After you have done this for all properties choose 'Transfer
selection'. You then get to the next InfoObject provided that you
transfer several InfoObjects from the Content at the same time with the
function "Merge".
If you choose the function "Cancel" then the merge is interrupted
immediately. Your previous selection is not transferred either.
If you do not want to merge the InfoObjects manually then choose "Copy"
instead of "Merge". Your current version is then replaced instead by
the Content version without merging.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
