What causes this issue?

There is no need to make deletion selections in DataStore objects and
InfoObjects with update rules, because the request ID no longer exists.
Once a request has been updated, it is no longer displayed, and you are
therefore not able to delete it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
