  • What causes this issue?

You switched off the <LS>Change and Transport Organizer (CTO)</> in BW.
BW development projects are not normally carried out in the productive
system, rather in one or several development- or quality assurance
    systems, depending on the volume.
With the aid of the <LS>Change and Transport Organizers (CTO)</>, all
recreated or changed meta objects in BW can be transported.
If you carry out your development projects in the development system,
then you must transport the developments in the target system.
In addition, <LS>CTO</> must be switched on in the development system
and the target system. The <LS>CTO</> then registers and documents all
changes to objects. The <LS>CTO</> is switched on as standard.

    System Response

From now on, changes to BW meta objects are no longer recorded.

    How to fix this error?

You can switch off the <LS>CTO</> if you only work in one productive
system without wanting to transport, or if you want to test in the
    development system without transporting.
    Caution
All changes will only be recorded if the <LS>CTO</> is switched on. If
you switch off the <LS>CTO</> and continue making changes, then
inconsistencies can arise with the subsequent transport.
