status <ZK>green</>, the request has to be closed first.
This is currently not possible.

Go to the <DS:TRAN.RSRDA>Monitor for Real-Time Data Acquisition</> and
close the request there or stop the daemon.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
