    The CompositeProvider must be in a consistent state in order for a data
    comparison to be performed. Providers not linked to the Comp
    ositeProvider and the provider currently being analyzed are not
    included.

    The data comparison is not performed. The proposal generation process is
    resumed.

    How to fix this error?

    Ensure that the CompositeProvider is consistent. Use the "Check" button
    to do this. In this situation, you can ignore errors that originate from
    non-linked providers and errors from the provider, which the link
    suggestion should be created for.
