    You are trying to create a DataSource (R3TR RSDS) in a source system of
    type <ZK>External System</> .

    System Response

    This object type parameter is not currently supported by the external
    system. It is therefore only possible to create DataSources 3.x (R3TR
    ISFS) in this source system.

    How to fix this error?

    To create a DataSource 3.x, proceed as follows:
    Go to the InfoSource tree for the Data Warehousing Workbench.
    Create an InfoSource 3.x in the required application component.
    Assign the InfoSource 3.x the required source system of type <ZK>
    External System</> .
    Activate the transfer rules.
    You can now use the DataSource and display it in the DataSource
    maintenance screen.
