  • The BWA index is created on the BWA server, that is, all required
    indexes are created and the metadata is already written. The data from
    the database tables, however, was not yet transferred fully.
    The fill process was either terminated or has not yet started. Check if
    the fill job was already scheduled but not yet started.
    The messages and the index information provide the status for each of
    the indexes.
    You can delete the BWA index or start the fill process.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
