When checking the master data for the InfoObject &v3& (table &v2&),
characters were found that are not permitted. Besides the standard
characters (capital letters, numbers, some symbols), only the
additional special characters maintained in customizing are permitted,
since the values are used as a key in database tables.
When executing queries, queries can occur if users are working with
with different code pages, since values entered are converted in
different ways.
Therefore, if you wish to use the characters in the keys, maintain them
in customizing. Please note for this the difficulty of working with
code pages.
