for which there exists no suitable record in the master data table of
the characteristic.
Due to this error, the OLAP processor may not contain any data at all.
For example, the master data of the navigation attribute determines
which data must be processed by the OLAP processor. If there is no
suitable record in the master data table of the corresponding
characteristic, then the join over the tables of the star schema cannot
be carried out. Absolutely no data could be evaluated.
We are dealing with a serious error that you must definitely correct.
