    Not all requests are activated in the DataStore object.
    The following reasons are possible:
    The DataStore object is filled by other InfoPackages for real-time data
    acquisition. The DataStore object has some data fields that are updated
    by these other InfoPackages and the current InfoPackage, whereby at
    least one InfoPackage does not use SUM update.
    There are still requests that are not completely activated.

    System Response

    The DataStore object is not available for real-time data acquisition
    while there are activations in this DataStore object that are not
    completely finished.

    If requests are not completely activated, see message
    <DS:NA.RSCRT106>RSCRT106</>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
