  Transport Request: The remodeling rule may be part of a transport request that is not yet released or is currently being processed.
  User Lock: Another user may have the remodeling rule open in edit mode, causing it to be locked for other users.

  Check Lock Status: Use transaction code SM12 to check for locks on the remodeling rule. You can see if another user has locked the object and, if necessary, you can contact
