What causes this issue?

You are activating the export interface of the DataStore object &v1&.
The transfer rules of the export DataSource are a part of the export
interface. The transfer rules were changed in your system after the
inclusion of note 499404 and therefore were not regenerated.
The changes to the DataStore object that triggered the reactivation of
the export interface could cause a reactivation of the change log table.
However, the change log table is only reactivated if, unlike in your
system, the standard transfer rules are active (InfoSource with prefix
'8').

System Response

If the changes to the DataStore object cause a change to the change log
table the result is a data inconsistency. Such changes are changes to
the number and sequence of the characteristics and key figures in the
DataStore object.

How to fix this error?

Regenerate the transfer rules manually. If fields have been added to the
DataStore object, ensure that all fields appear in the transfer
structure. Ensure that all fields of the DataSource in the lower left
tab page of the transfer rules are assigned to a field in the transfer
structure and appear in blue. The transfer structure is used as a
template for the change log table, which would be incomplete without the
additional fields.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
