In BW Release 7.50 SP04<(>,<)> the default behavior of 0 * N MIXED = 0
MIXED has been introduced in formula calculation. Prior to SP04<(>,<)>
the result was 0 * N MIXED = 0.
If the 'RSROA_CL_FORM_SWITCH' switch is set to 'ON'<(>,<)> the old
behavior is re-enabled.
