InfoObject catalogs are still enabled in the system. Before you can
switch to B4H mode<(>,<)> you have to disable the usage of InfoObject
catalogs and migrate all InfoObjects from being structured using
InfoObject catalogs to being structured using InfoAreas.
B4H mode cannot be set.
Before setting B4H mode<(>,<)> run report RSDG_IOBJ_IOBC_MIGRATE_TO_AREA
to move all InfoObjects from InfoObject Catalogs to InfoAreas and to
disable the usage of InfoObject catalogs.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
