established that table &V2& does not yet contain processed data
records.

This points to a previous loading process that was canceled and
temporary data records in table &V2& of characteristic &V1& that has
not been deleted.

System Response

The System canceled the loading process in order to avoid
inconsistencies.

How to fix this error?

Using the master data utility delete the temporary records from the
corresponding table and restart the process.
