object versioning is not active with this BW Patch.

How to fix this error?

Undo the changes to the transfer structure. Enhancing the transfer
structure by adding a new field is a valid change that does not create a
new version.
Alternatively, you can delete the transfer rules and recreate them. In
this case, the DataStore object is also deleted.
