    In Content Development systems, the source system releases assigned to
    the systems must be available in the value help delivered in tables
    RS3DREL and RS3DRELT so that the customer can choose from the existing
    releases.

    Do one of the following:
    Choose an existing release in the source system maintenance (context
    menu entry "assign release" or "change attributes") from value help
    Go to view maintenance (transaction SM30) for table RS3DREL and maintain
    and deliver the new value
