Client 000 of Original BW System if the Target BW system is going to be
created newly<(>,<)>
BW Initial Copy task list (SAP_BW_BASIS_COPY_INITIAL_CONFIG) has to be
run on Client 000 of Target BW system.
BW Refresh task list (SAP_BW_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_CONFIG) has to be run on
