able to assess the level of the standard deviation, you can place it
into a relationship with the mean value x0 (XAVG0). If the mean value
is 10 for x0 and there is a standard deviation of 1, then the standard
deviation of the estimation is 10%.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
