Message text: Function not possible because memo record & is archived or has expired
The system does not support the "Change planning type" function for
memo records that have expired or are already archived, but supports it
only for activated memo records.
This limitation is necessary because you can specify separately whether
or not automatic expiration is defined for each planning type. If the
old memo record has a planning type that expires but the new record
does not, the memo record is reactivated by the copy function because
the new record has no expiration and is therefore activated until it is
archived.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
