    role belongs to project &V3&. Verify that you do not require an
    assignment to a global role.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    You can assign a global role to your role in the portal by selecting
    project &V3& and role &V1&.
    There is a possibility that this role is no longer linked to an project
    and should be possibly manually deleted. Check whether the report
    indicates additional errors for role GUID &V2&.
