  • What causes this issue?

You would like to add a new garnishment/cessation of wages record.
This new record is not the first one for this personnel number.
An inactive garnishment/cessation of wages record already exists.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you have agreed with the creditors of the existing
garnishment/cessation of wages case that their claims remain
inactive only until a new one is added, then proceed as
    follows:
    - Terminate entry of the new garnishment/cessation of wages
    record.
    - Delimit the old, inactive garnishment/cessation of wages
record and set the status of the garnishment to active.
If you have no agreements with creditors, ignore this message.
