For the form of address &V1& there is either no entry available in the
<LS>Form of address key</> table, or the entry has a gender that is not
allowed. In some country groupings the only forms of address allowed
are those that show the gender as "female" or "male".

How to fix this error?

Either use a permissible form of address, or if necessary, change table
T522G <LS>Form of address key</>.
